About Us
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, propose, and execute monthly and seasonal promotional campaigns for assigned product categories;
• Analyze sales, margins, and market trends to optimize the product portfolio;
• Actively participate in pricing processes – monitor price levels, elasticity, and the competitive environment;
• Develop and maintain marketing presentations for the company’s products and brands;
• Create and implement merchandising standards in retail locations;
• Work closely with visual merchandisers and sales teams;
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams regarding products and their positioning;
• Perform regular audits and monitor execution across the store network;
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategic projects related to category growth.
Candidate Requirements
• Proactive mindset and focus on improving business processes;
• Practical experience in price elasticity analysis and data-driven decision-making;
• Experience with BI tools is an advantage (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
• Understanding of shopper behavior and the customer journey in a retail environment;
• Experience in developing and implementing in-store strategies (layout, product placement, zoning);
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable business insights.
