 We are looking to hire a Marketing Specialist for Greece.

 Responsibilities:

• You
  will define and implement tailor-made campaigns and projects to boost
  the brands’ performance, monitor success metrics on a daily basis, and
  enhance the brand’s positive customer perception;
• Planning,
  coordinating and executing marketing and communication projects (ATL
  campaigns, BTL campaigns, digital campaigns, Trade Marketing activities
  and other projects);
• Manage relationships with external
  agencies, ensuring campaigns align with brand objectives and are
  delivered on time and within budget;
• Keep up-to-date with
  current market and communication trends and suggest new ideas to enhance
  and accelerate the growth of the company;
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer loyalty;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
• 1+ year of experience in a client service function at a creative/communications agency;
• Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and campaigns;
• Extensive knowledge of the Greece media landscape;
• Understanding and maximizing social media;
• Excellent
  organizational and planning skills with strong track record as an
  implementer and ability to manage variety of key initiatives
  simultaneously;
• Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer insights, and market research;
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Good command of English language;
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
