We are growing rapidly—our team already numbers 1,400 people with an average tenure of 4.3 years—and we are expanding further. We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our store in the town of Craiova.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead, organize, and motivate a team of employees;
- Prepare and manage staff work schedules;
- Be responsible for achieving the store’s sales targets;
- Consult customers and help them choose the ideal furniture;
- Monitor the store’s arrangement and visual presentation;
- Manage inventory levels and orders;
- Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth work processes.
